Automotive Agency Office Manager

Southeast Dealer Services is looking for an individual that will assist a team that keeps customers happy and the office running smoothly. You’ll create and oversee the agency’s policies and procedures when it comes to scheduling, sales goals, morale, reporting, vendor relationships and much more!

Responsibilities

  • Create and enforce office policies, standards and procedures to help the agency run smoothly and profitably
  • Work closely with management and field staff in operations, sales and marketing
  • Supervise personnel, create schedules and manage daily operations
  • Assist in customer sales, claims processing and resolution
  • Create, update and maintain sales presentations
  • Manage payments & accounts receivables
  • Create and analyze sales, accounting and other business reports
  • Training, scheduling, event planning are also responsibilities of our office manager

Requirements

  • Office Management Experience
  • Apple and Quickbooks Proficiency a Plus (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Publisher skills desirable as well)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency to multi-task, document, follow-thru and follow-up
  • Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
